
Fears and Phobias
Fears and phobias are often learned behaviours that we develop at a young age. These fear responses then get stored into our subconscious minds and mean we cannot shift them. Fears and phobias are accompanied by feelings of anxiety, stress, tension, panic and so on. They can have the power to stop you doing day to day activities in your life and ultimately limit your quality of life.
During my sessions, I can help you let go of your fears and phobias and help you to remain calm and grounded in the specific situations that used to trouble you. I can help you to change your perspective on those old triggers and help you get your life back.
Some fears and phobias that I can help you to do away with include fear of animals such as spiders, snakes and dogs. I can also treat fear of flying and other forms of transport. Furthermore, I can help you to resolve fear of heights, public speaking, doctors and dentists. These are just some examples, but essentially whatever fear or phobia you currently have, we can work together to treat.
My sessions will provide the confidence that these can be tackled, to allow you to live the life that you deserve.
