Addictions and habits can be used as coping mechanisms to mask stress, anxiety, depression and other emotional problems someone is going through. Through our work together, we will address whatever emotional challenges you’re facing and reduce your chances of engaging with the addictive behaviour or habit. We can work on changing your old thought patterns and emotional triggers that lead to addictions and bad habits.
Through my sessions, we can enable your subconscious mind to start relating the unwanted addictions or habits with negative feelings. By doing this, we can enable you to reduce the unwanted behaviour(s). I will then help you to attach positive emotions with habits that are supportive of your health and wellbeing.
