Anxiety & depression

During my sessions, I will help you access your subconscious mind, where deep-rooted thoughts and emotions may be holding you hostage and causing your anxious and depressed feelings. We can then work to change these thoughts and emotions through understanding why you’re experiencing them. I will then use positive suggestions to re-program your subconscious mind to perceive the world in a much more constructive and positive way, free of anxiety and depression.

Specifically for anxiety, my sessions can help you to reframe negative and intrusive thoughts and beliefs that are contributing to your feelings of anxiety. We can work together to address the underlying triggers for your anxiety, enabling you to manage your responses in a more reasonable and productive way.

With depression, my sessions can assist you in uncovering the root causes of why you’re feeling depressed. This could be due to past trauma(s), unresolved grief or low-self esteem. I can help you shift negative thought patterns which will help to improve your mood.
